I am proud to say I have started the 2nd year of fundraising for the American Cancer Society under team Scoobies for Boobies. This is in correlation with October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

You can view our team page and make donations at: scoobiesforboobies.org

You can be male or female and from anywhere to join our team and help with personal fundraising! A $25 donation is required at the time you join the team. It is a great way to get your personal fundraising started.

Please contact me at any time if you have any questions on how to raise money for a charity. Whether it be verbally or written, asking for donations can be tough, especially if you haven't done it before. So don't forget, I'm here to help!

You can also donate to our team with these fundraisers:

Hello and help!!

I noticed recently that my stock gauges will not dim or brighten with i use the dimmer on the turn signal stock. I put in a cd player late this summer, so we took out the cd player to see if there were crossed illumination wires. Everything looks good. We pulled out the harness for the after market stereo, and that did not fix the problem. Next, we took out the gauge cluster, took it apart, and everything seems to be in working order. We then tested the cluster in another car, and it dims properly!! SO.... we tried a new turn signal stock, and the dim function STILL does not work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif)

Searching has lead me no where. Has anyone heard anything like this before and if so where? OOOOOR.... does anyone have any suggestions?

THANKS!!

Okay, so I found two different mods on scooby mods on how to change the color of my stock guages. One of them involves a lot of LEDs and the other requires sanding down the back side of the guages to remove the green film. I fell in love with the blue lights in the car and wanted to do that so buying tons of LEDs was fine and I didnt' have to alter the stock guages with sanding them down. I have recently purchased a new cd player which has a really nice pink color as one of the screen choices (so I'm sure you all know where this is going...) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pink.gif)

Assuming I can find pink LEDs to match and I can find a set of guages in one piece from a junk yard to sand the green off of, am I able to remove the faces of the guages and switch them with my stock one WITHOUT effecting the mileage? I know that I can't just put another set of guages in my car b/c it won't read the true mileage.

Thanks!!

Hi all. New to wrxfanatics, but not new to subaru or subaru forums (I'm pretty frequent in NASIOC/NESIC).

I'm looking to network and meet people, specifically other females who love subaru as well. I'm working on getting some things together for subie girls (which is currently in myspace form). www.myspace.com/subiegirls Check it out and say hello!
